Jussi graduated in 2009 from University of Tampere with a MD degree. He continued his education in Hebrew University of Jerusalem (PhD) and recently in Quantic School of Business and Technology (eMBA).
He has worked at Bayer for five years after many years of work as a clinical practitioner under several therapeutic areas combined with research experience in basic and preclinical regenerative medicine. In his current position as strategic project lead at Bayer's global R&D, he is responsible in managing and leading portfolio of data insights projects and initiatives in clinical research.
He constantly explore various disciplines to broaden his skills and understanding in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. His current areas of interest are data science, clinical research, precision medicine, regenerative biology, corporate strategy, leadership and organizational culture.
