SwissDRG has announced that the application period for changes to the DRG system is open
SwissDRG recently announced that it will be possible to submit applications for change of the DRG system from the 29th of April until the 10th of July 2017.
Applications can be submitted by stakeholders of the Swiss DRG system. These include the Medical Professional Association (FMH), the Swiss Conference of the Cantonal Ministers of Public Health (GDK), the Swiss Association of Hospitals (H+), the Association of Swiss Health insurances (Santésuisse) and the Central Service for Medical Tariffs within (MTK). Possible changes acknowledged after these submissions will be included in the SwissDRG version 8.0 in 2019.
On the SwissDRG website, it is possible to access both the application from (in French and German) and instructions on how to fill it in.
