New tariffs and regulation for reimbursement of inpatient and outpatient care are now available
New tariffs for reimbursement of inpatient and outpatient care (MCO) as well as home care and home hospitalizations (HAD) have been approved and published in the Official Journal of the French Republic.
Tariffs are available on the website of the French Technical Agency for Information on Hospitalizations (ATIH), which has made available XLS and CSV datasets that include; DRG tariffs for care delivered by public and private non-for-profit hospitals as well as by private for-profit providers, supplements for services of intensive care and reanimation, and specificities for reimbursement of some services (i.e. dialysis).
The new reimbursement system will be valid from March 2018 to February 2019.
