A new policy regarding funding of care for specialized and hospital care has been issued by the Dutch Health Authority (NZa)
The new policy issued by NZa comprises information regarding funding and budget for specialized and hospital care. It includes availability fee for the following subjects:
- specialized burn care
- trauma care through mobile medical team by helicopter
- first aid
- acute obstetrics
- post mortem organ removal
- care provided by the emergency hospital
- coordination trauma and regional acute care
- trauma care through mobile medical team with vehicle
- specialized and tertiary care psychotrauma
