National Clinical Coding Standards reference books for 2018 are now available online
The National Clinical Coding Standards ICD-10 and OPCS-4.8 reference books, for use from 1 April 2018, are now available to download from the Main Publications page on Delen.
The Table of Changes section has been replaced with a Summary of Changes section which shows all amendments using track changes. This is to aid users of the reference books in clearly identifying changes to the content. Also included is a rationale to indicate why a standard has been introduced, updated or deleted to provide context to the changes.
