INAMI has updated the List and the Nominative Lists for reimbursement of medical devices
The Belgian National Health and Disability Insurance (INAMI) issued new versions of the List of Reimbursable Devices and of corresponding Nominative Lists. The List of Reimbursable Devices identifies codes, generic descriptions, reimbursement conditions and possible existing maximum reimbursement prices for technologies that can be used and reimbursed within the statutory health insurance.
Nominative lists exist for a selected group of codes included in the generic Lists. Particularly, the Nominative Lists specify brand-specific reimbursement prices of devices for which a branded registration is required, on top of a generic code included in the List.
The new versions of the List and of the Nominative Lists recently amended will enter force on the 1st of February.
