Evidence Synthesis/Literature Reviews Specialist

Job description and objectives:

  • The main responsibility is to develop systematic literature reviews, reimbursement/HTA submission dossiers and value dossier for medical devices and diagnostics
  • Project management in the field of evidence synthesis
  • Planning, developing, reporting and communicating results of systematic literature reviews
  • Planning, developing, reporting and communicating value dossier, value brochures, business cases
  • Planning, developing, reporting and communicating dossiers for submission to reimbursement and health technology assessment authorities in European countries
  • Planning, developing, reporting and communicating analysis evidence requirements for successful introduction of medical devices
  • Development of proposals for projects in the field of evidence synthesis and outcomes research, presentation and follow-up with clients
  • On the basis of results of the projects, development and submission of manuscripts to biomedical journals
  • Development of training materials, performing training of the team in the field of evidence synthesis and outcomes research

Position will require placement in Stockholm or home country.

Required experience and competences:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industry, governmental bodies or consultancy is essential
  • In-depth knowledge of methods of systematic literature reviews
  • Good knowledge of major electronic bibliographic databases (Medline, EMBASE, CENTRAL)
  • Good understanding of principles of clinical epidemiology and methodology of clinical study
  • Excellent English writing skills
  • Understanding of data and evidence requirements for reimbursement or HTA submissions in European counties is a benefit
  • High level in analytical/logical thinking
  • Experience in project management is a benefit
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently
